Bluxor aims to collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries and, when you opt in, send product updates. This policy applies to the public website at bluxor.com, not separate product applications.
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional company or project, and message. The Runmerce early-access form requests your email address and marketing consent.
How we use information
We use contact details to reply to questions and discuss requested services or products. We use waitlist emails to send Runmerce news and invitations, if you consent. You may withdraw consent by using an unsubscribe link in updates or by contacting us.
Service providers and storage
When configured, forms submit data through Brevo, a third-party communications service. Operational server logs may also be generated by the hosting infrastructure. Retention and international data processing depend on your final provider settings and should be reviewed before launch.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet service is completely risk-free. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, or other sensitive data through the contact form.
Your choices
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you submitted, contact support@bluxor.com. Requests are handled in line with applicable law.
